On my smoke stack will it be ok to 90 out of the back to utilize more of my cook chamber and plus I would like to have a damper going into a warmer down there on the end?!! Thanks for your input

A lot of people 90 off the end. I personally recommend mounting it at top/center to avoid stale air being trapped but I’m only one opinion.

A damper between the cook chamber and warming box is a good idea. I also put one between my firebox and warming chamber.

How would I 90 off the end of the warmer is there?
And another question I have is since I will be using a 30” diameter pipe and you suggested my baffle plate be no more than 5 inches below my bottom grate that would leave me roughly 10” below. What would be the ideal size rectangle to cut for my throat . And I’m assuming I have to match that on the other end of the baffle .. correct?

You need to run your numbers thru the PitCalc. Some sort of sketch would help
