They were tasty. Two racks were from a good small store that has quality meat. These were kinda ugly looking racks (one on very left bottom is part of one) that the wife got on a super sale. The other two racks were some sort of organic meat the wife found at Raley's. They had the right look and size as I like to see. But, those organics were a little tougher than the others. Still very good and they both tasted the same it's just the nicer looking racks had a little bit of snap on the bite getting through the meat.
Wife made a great potato salad and some corn on the cob. It was a fantastic meal.....now for some fresh homemade cherry pie for dessert!
