How toxic is the waist water??

Hay guys. I’m just starting my first build with a 250gl tank. I already have it empty and the valve off and I’m going to fill it up and start cutting this weekend. But I’m concerned with the draining water. How toxic will it be? I’m doing this all in my in town fenced in backyard and im worried about the kids and to dog roaming around where I let it drain. Anyone have any knowledge on this as far as how harmful if at all and for how long?

I assume you are talking about waste water as opposed to your waist....lol.

Should not be a problem. You already burned off the gas so just have the residue left in the tank. Most people toss a bottle of DAWN dish soap in the tank as well and it does a pretty good job of trapping much of the deposits. Don't let your dog drink the water but it shouldn't kill the plants either.
