By The way...a 55 gallon plastic trash bag is a great rain cover for the wooden barrel...The fit is as if it was made for it !

Puff hasn't been on the forum in a while but I remember some other times that he talked about how well the cheeses were. He said that you had to wrap them and let them sit in the refrigerator for a few days or it just tasted like an ash tray.
