Exiting exhaust

Working on build where is the best place to put smoke existing. Most have it in the center on top and some are on the side. Does the size of cabinet what mater

Welcome aboard!! On a vertical I like to put the stack in the center of the top but it could be on the back as long as it is high as possible. I'm not sure what you're asking about the size of the cabinet.
