2 runs for a work lunch?? How long did you smoke it?

I’m a bad judge of normal as I worked 25 years without a lunch break but most people only get 30-60 minutes....well short of cooking time. Or did you cook ahead and warm up?

Our office has 240 people. So I cooked all morning so we could serve lunch to everyone between 1130am and 200pm. All I did was cook and slide today. Back to the desk job tomorrow.
