My First UDS

Post by DunnSmoke » November 5th, 2016, 6:37 pm

This is my first attempt at a UDS and I will not even get a chance to cook on it. This one is for our annual raffle at the Hammond BBQ Competition in March.

I will get to cook on the 2nd one. This one is turning out so good, that I am starting one to keep.

I like the looks of that
So lets just call this one a "DS" - drop the "U" :D

El Gato
Painting with Rattle Can.
Dupli Color Engine Enamel from my local Oreilly's.
It's rated at 550 degress and is oil resistant.
I've used it several times with great results.
I seasoned the pit yesterday.
