Flat or domed

What seam to work best on the UDS . The flat lid or Weber dome lid ?
Or is it just personal preference .

The dome gives you room for 2 racks and a bit further from the fire.

But it won't fit until you make it fit.

Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........
