UDS Adjustable Shelving Upgrade

Finally got around to my adjustable shelving upgrade. Now I can have racks wherever I want.

Just so you know, those standards and clips are zinc plated. Probably not an issue with standard smoke temps tho.

Yeah I know. I torched then oiled them to season in the smoker to seal them up.

I made that same upgrade a couple of years ago. Time and $$$ well spent. To be on the safe side, I did an acid bath on mine and removed the zinc.
