Let a friend borrow the rfs.

We love to cook and we love to hear what others are cooking. With pics of course!

Let a friend borrow the rfs.

Post by h2orescuemedic » October 4th, 2018, 8:02 pm

A buddy that lives 5 houses down the road from me called me up one day a couple weeks ago and asked if he could use my smoker to cook some food for he's daughters wedding. And asked what i wanted in return. I told him i only needed a couple pics of the food.

This is what he sent so far. As of the time of the pic the buts were almost 180. The brisket was pushing 170

:yth: should always taste what comes out of your smoker... even if your buddy cooked it. :D

Back in the 80's I helped cater family get together's for my boss. He had a coffin sized whole hog rotisserie pit. Payment was always all you could drink, all you could eat, and a free show watching everyone party.

A true measure of a well built pit is when someone else can run it efficiently. Nice job.
