Nah, I don't think I'll give it a go. But were it served up I'd taste it.

Remember that blue water barrel smoker a while back? I think we need to get that and the watermelon together.

Interesting but I'm not super anxious to go try one....lol

I'm not anxious four one either, but the beauty of it is watermelon is cheap won't cost a bundle to give it a try... I think we will call this "vegan brisket "

There was a guy in Exton PA that made jerky out of brisket (along with other stuff) and also had dehydrated watermelon that I tried. It tasted like candy...
