Was a little nervous to say the least.
All in all it turned out ok.I'll admit,it did cook a little hotter than I wanted.Once I realized that, I adjusted the temp lower,but not before I burned the bottoms a bit.
Not much, but enough.As you can see in the video though, for the most part, the rest of the meat was tender and juicy.
Also had a small snafu in that one of them had a leak somewhere. I was scared it would burn up like that guys chicken in the other video I shared, LOL,but all in all it turned out pretty good.
