The top of the fire box will get pretty hot, high temp is probably your best bet.

It doesn´t get that hot. I´ve isolated the firebox.

Because the door is as high as the firebox, should i put a kind of deflection plate for the smoke so it doesn´t go out through the door?

I wouldn't think that would be an issue once you get a draft going. It should pull air in the intake, through the CC and out the exhaust.

Definitely high temp paint. And the unit looks really good.

Welcome to the crew!

Nice job you did there. You might want a fire grate so the fire can breath when you get some ash build up.

Your probably right. I have made two trials and the draft does pull the smoke through the cc and exhaust.

Thank you all!

I made the top like that because i read somewhere that its better to have a round top for the smokeflow thats why its not square.
And yes, it looks better too!
