Oh yes.... and I think I heard someone say Rick was coming in town next week. >>> Hope so.... Would love to hang out for a few hours.

You should paint thermo nucleal disposal ball. In big yellow letters. That should make for an interesting conversation starter anytime you cook.

Have you finished this smoker? Looks very cool! I have one of these 150 gal tanks, was thinking of trying this, have you cooked on it if so how does it cook?? anything you would do different.
