A few things I've cooked lately.
I'm not using a rub on my ribs yet, just salt, pepper and garlic salt for now.
I'm looking for a rub/glaze if anyone has a recipe.
I like to use the 4.3 and up slabs that average 5 lbs. I want the people to get large portions to keep them coming back.
Also did some bacon wrapped meatballs and pulled pork.
I did some ABTs too but I can't tell you about that cause I didn't take pictures and we don't want you know who to yell at us for not getting pictures, LOL.Maybe next time.
This Sunday I'll be doing bacon wrapped sausage bites.I've got some leftover sausages that aren't selling,so what better way to get rid of them! Pictures coming, I promise Photo Nazi!ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

With the brown sugar in it,does it turn into a glaze sort of or does it stay dry?

It does caramelize and get a little sticky but it's not enough brown sugar to turn into glaze.
You could try it without the brown sugar if you want to.
I found a recipe in a magazine several years ago and tweaked it over time till I got what I have now.
It sure won't hurt my feelings if any one tweaks and adjusts it to get what they want.
