Im not sure about their dime....$50 in shipping to get it there and back. But they do have very good customer service as they repaired and reshipped the unit back becauce of my time constraints. Thet are very helpful over there at BBQ Guru
@ kam- thanks, i bought those handels off ebay but the hard part was getting them mounted and functional.
I did another test run when i got the digi q back. It held 225 for about an hour and a half and ran out of wood. I built another larger fire but it burnt out of control, around 380. I did let it build up to that level and then i closed the firebox door to let the digi q do its thing, but it held at that temp(no fan this time). I figured out that it was pulling air through the blower. When i covered the opening with my hand the temps immediatley started to drop. Ill now be working on a draft door with using an electromagnet...
