Without touching the fire basket she went 12 hours - temp started dropping slightly (down to 237 from 250) and then we got a sky forming with sirens and the works ... I wanted to rake coals back to the draft (which would give her a second wind) but I also wanted to seal her up against this storm - so she'll have to wait for a better weekend to do a full test burn ... a storm on Memorial Day weekend - go figure!
Oh! - the Butt was great and the brisket was good but just average ... (typical)
