Mac I only load fuel in this design once and the fire basket hasn't changed any. The CC is a noticeable percentage larger in total cubic inches and surface area - just stands to reason it will burn through the same fuel a little quicker to hold the same temp ...

Or it could just be me saying "You aint got no legs lieutenent DAN!" ...

Same 3 racks but now with the clearance to do large cuts. Fair weather stack cap installed, Foul weather cap and old school extension sittin on the roof ...

Today's endevour - brisket and a boneless butt - accidentally ...


The guru probe was too close to the original lit charcoal to read accurately enough soooooo ....
Try crawling inside a lit smoker and moving a probe clear across the cabinet...don't try this at home kids!
