Brisket and spiral ham

Post by Frank_Cox » December 25th, 2018, 11:37 am

Merry Christmas fellers!
Here’s what I’m cooking today, brisket and a spiral ham.
Last year I used the glaze package that came with the ham but this year I’m not gonna do that. Didn’t really care for it.

Using the drums today. Got the ham on the black one set at 275 and the brisket on the gray one set at 300.
Objected the brisket with a mixture of butchers prime injection, water, and beef broth. Rubbed it with a layer of Simply Marvelous Peppered Cow and a layer of big poppa smokers Jallelujah rub.
Here’s some pics...
