So here it is all done. Hopefully next week i will be able to post some q view. Tied up this week. Think its going to be a useful little smoker for when me and the wife want to smoke something for dinner for us and a few friends and not feed the whole neighborhood. And its not like my mini uses tons of charcoal but this one uses even less.

Very cool, I like the mini mini. I'm also intersted in the trailer hitch mount and how that will work. What's the msrp of the little smoker and what part of the county are you in?

Im in delwaware. I havent made the hitch mount yet because the little thing is very heavy. Im scared that if something happened and that thing comes off the back of the truck the 10 cars behind it will be totaled and people will be hurt. Without having a way to legally have it "tested" and warning lables aplied to everything im scared to end up gettong sued

Would agree....it appears to be a bit heavy for a hitch mount. I know the hitch can handle the weight but I’d be more concerned about the side to side “wiggle” that is bound to happen and the stress that causes.

My neighbor wants me to set up a gas grill and 20 lb propane bottle on a swing arm so he can tailgate the football games with it on his truck. I’m dragging my feet for the same reason....who wants that liability of a propane tank hanging from your receiver hitch?
