Looks amazing! I like your burner as well, the folks down around my moms place in Arkansas build their own fish cookers. My step dad makes his fish cooker burners from pipe also but drills and taps the holes then takes grease zerks with the ball and spring punched out and threads them into the holes for gas orifices. They work pretty sweet.
