It’s a really cool rig it does take some learning though. It gets to temp in about 15 minutes, that was shocking to me.

Yea, that’s super fast for that much cubic feet of cooking chamber. That’s awesome! Those guys do know how to build a smoker though so I guess I’m not all that surprised. Haha
