First design, still small tweaks. ALL feedback is a plus

First design, cooked on it 4 times so far with small tweaks to air flow and balance, any and all input would be great. Good or Bad is just fine. Thanks

Welcome aboard!! Did you use the pit calculator to build it ? I can't make out your intake on the FB. Is it just a small door that opens or am I not seeing it correctly ? One thing that I feel is a must have is an intake that you can set and you don't have to worry about it moving on you. It also helps you to learn how the pit responds to certain adjustments.

I did use the pit calculator for all starting points. You are very correct on the intake door. The first door had a round adjustable vent and we did not have enough flow so we cut it out and increased the sq inch of the intake with a quick square door. The final door will have 2 round adjustable vents now that we have the right volume. Thanks for comments for sure.

I like the size of that unit. Seems once you get the airflow right it should out well.
