New from Central IL
I have been lurking here for some time and decided to join since I am ready to build. A little background about myself. I am a smoking freak, my main tool is Weber grills. My list currently stands as follows, 1-Ranch Kettle, 3-26" Kettles, 4-22" Kettles and 1-18" Kettle, hence the screen name. That's my BBQ team name, we mainly travel a small area and compete for fun. I have been catering small events and have been asked several times recently to take on larger events. While smoking on Weber's and winning is a cool trademark, I have decided to step up to a stick burner to be able to cater these events. I recently obtained a 250 gallon 91" X 30" tank and trailer. My plan is to build a reverse flow with warming cabinet. I am hoping to gain some great knowledge on my build as well as some tricks and tips on operating one to perfection from you guys.

Welcome to the crew.
Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.
