Hello from Florida

Postby smokincookie » October 12th, 2017, 7:45 pm

Hello all i am a newbe here i have been grilling/smoking for sometime. But i have never cooked on a reverse flow smoker but i would given the chance and since I don't know anyone that has one close to me I'm going to try my hand at building one of my own. With that said I will probably be stalking the how to post and reading other peoples questions and maybe asking some of my own, so just be easy on me please as I learn. Thanks a bunch

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford

There are some calculators at the top of the page. If you use them, you are sure to have a pit that works like a charm.
Like they said, the folks around here are happy to answer your questions.

There are a few members of the forum in Florida, might even be one close by.
