Faux brisket(chuck roast) topped jalapeno poppers!!!
Stuffed half of them with pepper jack cheese and the rest with cream cheese.
Topped with a slice of faux brisket and wrapped in bacon.Mmm mmmmmm.
Also did chicken nurnt ends and cabbage with ham wrapped in foil.
Did it all on the ugly drum.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Chuck steak was rubbed with SPG and cooked 2 hours at 350° on lower grate of drum, rested for 30 min. and sliced just shy of 1/4 inch thick.
I cut my jalapenos in half lengthwise.Stuff with your favorite cheesehere I did some with pepper jack and some with cream cheese. and put a slice of brisket right on top.Wrap with bacon and viola!
I didn't think the taste of poppers could be beat, but eating these took it to a newer level.
Can't wait to do them again!ImageImageImage

I can eat a 3lb chuck roast but not a 15lb brisket.
It's basically just me eating. My roommate is an alcoholic and rarely eats.I have to give half of it away to friends.
