Felt like running the smoker today, well most days. Today I went with ABTs, stuffed the jalapenos with cream cheese, smoked extra sharp white cheddar, and some rub. Wrapped them in sausage, and topped them with some of my bacon.
I then smoked some chicken wings. I let them marinate it buffalo sauce for a few hours, then dust them with ground up rub and put them on the smoker for about an hour.
