Did these 2 weeks ago.
Turned out great.
Smoked for 2 hours,put in aluminum pan with 1/4 cup water and covered with foil and cooked another hour.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Was that pic when they were a pretty reddish color, right before you threw them in a pan and wrapped it?
