Decided to hit the link and watch the video since there were no pics to follow. Sounds like a gourmet inspired thing. Can’t believe anyone would actually take the time to make a ring out of foil, throw in some pie pans, cumin and cocoa...put it all together and then say..now that’s some really good barbecue ! 🤣🤣🤣 telemarketing gone wild...This guy probably doesn’t even eat meat !

Alton Brown is one smart cookie. His show "good eats" goes the extra mile to explain not only technique, but the science and history behind how the recipes came to be.

No doubt this guy is very intelligent. Prob has lots of knowledge about cooking history and techniques. But pick a random location anywhere known for some sauce on your shirt, finger lickin, guaranteed to sell out BBQ... and I guarantee you the man behind the pit has never used the word “albeit” in his life ! Alton is definately a bit odd but i think that is why i like his show. I love the way he breaks down a concept...and his recipes are typically really good without being needlessly complicated.

Thanks for sharing.
