UDS Meatloaf

Post by Frank_Cox » January 28th, 2018, 8:20 pm

So my boy and I have finally finished the 30 gallon UDS we started a year or so ago. He seasoned her up today and made a meatloaf. Heres the Q View!

That came out great! Did you have to use high heat paint on that? Think you can drop the U in UDS on that one! Meat loaf looks pretty dang good too!

Very nice. Good to get the young feller involved as well. And that meatloaf does look pretty darn good too.

What temperature and how long did it take? Thinking of doing a meatloaf at Huzzah.

Is that lava lock logo just a standard vinyl decal? Building a UDS (nothing fancy, just something to bbq on till I can get my big rig on the trailer) and was thinking of slapping my “est 2013” logo on it.
