Few family and friends later and it was all gone by that night, i should have cooked more.

I have found out that if I am going to fire up the smoker I might as well load it up with food. The last few times I had it going my dad brings meat over for me to cook for him

It costs the same to cook 2 racks as 10.


Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........
