Rump Roast

I know I haven't been on for some time but I have been having so much fun with this smoker and what was a burden to figure out what we wanted for dinner has turned around completely. I have done butts, chicken, steaks, dogs(franks) and today we did a rump roast. I used a brisket rub and basted it with a beef broth and rub mix, I also injected it with the same as it smoked. I shared it with the neighbors across the street that look out for my wife and me and they enjoyed it also, needless to say my tummy is full. I should have taken a picture before i cut it but I wasn't going to wait any longer.

You've inspired me to try one as well, hope mine turns out half as good as yours. Looks awesome!

That does look good... well done.

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
