My wife requested Salmon and asparugus. So pictures will probably be following tomorrow.

Edit: got 2 filets brining had to run and get vodka lol the looks you get buying at 10 am lol cooking 2 slow smoke kissed and 2 hot and fast for some variety and well she likes them lol.

Nice, I'll have to make it a rain check. But I did cook enough to feed us for a while so she didn't have to. I will be taking her on a getaway for our 10th anniversary later this month
