Pork Burnt Ends

Post by KarateDoc » May 7th, 2017, 11:28 am

Deceided to try some pork burnt ends using skinless pork belly. Cubed it, rubbed it, then brown sugar, honey and butter, then finished it off with some pineapple habanero glaze. Overall not bad for the first attempt.

Looks at a piece of meat and wonders how many ways can I smoke that.

Looks good. Looks tasty.

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
