Sweet and spicy pork butt

Put a pork butt on the traeger a few minutes ago. I rubbed it down with mustard and dark brown sugar, then I mixed up some rub and included some cayenne pepper and Tony cacheraes Cajun seasoning in the mix. Should have a sweet beginning and a bite to finish it off. Here she is...

Got er dun! Here's a few pics with the buttula takin it off the smoker. No muss no fuss! Wrapped it up in foil and a blanket and put in the oven to hold for an hour.

What an awesome job!!!!!

Better be careful holding that butt with one hand and taking pics with the other. LOL

Finished product looks freaking fantastic.
