Bass

Post by wilson357 » May 23rd, 2011, 8:07 pm

Thats right we smoke or BBQ bass out of the farm pond. Makes a good lunch while smoking dinner. We take our fillets either on a cookie sheet or a foil bag salt pepper a bit of red pepper and butter. About 15 mins or less on a good warm smoker and the fish is done will be white and flakie. Would also work good with crappie.
