got a couple of butts rubbed and ready for the smoker tomorrow night.
a bucket of finish sauce on the burner.
we have deer meat, goose, rock fish and mako shark
fried okra and pickles and
crab imperial
gonna be a good weekend!

Sounds like a blast! Great job on the pics too! I’ll try to post some pics this weekend. I’ll be traveling with a buddy of mine in Louisiana this weekend. Gonna bring some Cajun back with us for sure!

the smoke starts rolling at 9pm tonight. planning on serving somewhere around 1pm 2moro. safe travels frank. Tom..hop in the car and head to Maryland. We will save you a plate! :D

26 degrees and windy is not good for holding temps. good thing i like my garage tosmell like hickory. Butts have been going all night. ill post some pics of our shin dig later. Even though Im from Maryland im hoping Pitt destroys them today.

well guys the butts turned out perfect. It was a great time. Unfortunatley I failed totake any pics. (sorry). A landowner that lets us hunt his property came by and the King cooker project came up. He said he has a tank he will give me thats a bit smaller than my 330gal. Im gonna go look at it today. might end up being perfect for the project.
