Mini Gravity Cooking.

Post by pr0wlunwoof » June 10th, 2018, 9:55 am

Sunday ribs and boneless butt.

Texas style beef ribs - salt pepper and smoke.

Baby Backs with light dusting of Kansas city adapted rub.

Boneless butt with liberal rub of same Kansas rub.

Using chunks of pecan and kingsford lump.

Heater Meter set to 250.ImageImageImageImage

You are clearly enjoying that unit.... nice.

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
