I usually have a rack or 2 of spares left over after the weekend and looking for some recipes to use the meat for.Tired of reheating the bones.

Rib meat makes great burritos...add beans, rice, potatoes, cheese, guacamole,salsa.....

Throw it in a dirty rice mix.

My wife loves it on nachos.

All pretty simple and quick meals....but tasty.

I like to take the meat off the bones and chop it up.
Then I throw it in the skillet with some onions, garlic, green chiles and chopped tomatoes.
Crack a half dozens in there, scramble them up and Voila!
You've got yourself the filling for some awesome breakfast burritos,

Yer gonna like what we've been smokin'.

Those sound like great ideas, I don’t seem to have that much leftover but I’m not selling them either.

Making memories!
