New year's cook

Some ribs, chicken, pork and black eyed peas for New year's.
That crock pot next to the pork has Cajun boiled peanuts.A southern delicacy!
As you can tell, I'm not using rub on the ribs(at least not for the customers).
The chicken is for pulled chicken sammiches and chicken Philly sammiches.
No rub on the pulled pork either.
Oh, and there's a piece of pork skin with fat on it for cracklings.
