Cold smoker???

Post by McBroom » February 6th, 2019, 7:04 pm

Does anyone know how to make a cold smoker??
I have 2 deep freezers that do not work.
If it’s possible I’d like to make one just to see if they would work

I've seen guys build ''cold'' smokers from wooden wine barrels and use them to smoke cheese. They used an A-Maz-N pellet tube for the smoke. A lot of the cold smoking really depended on the ambient temperature because they don't have a way to regulate temps.
