Reuben's
on my last smoke I did a corn beef brisket.i rinse them off well and pat dry. I season them heavily with garlic powder onion powder and black pepper. Today I ran it thu my meat slicer thin and made Reuben's for a few friends. Wow was it amazing. I didn't try to reinvent the wheel. Rye bread sauerkraut thousand islands dressing and provolone cheese. I highly recommend you try this out sometime if you havnt already.
