How To Season Your UDS Drum Smoker⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Well, actually this method works for any smoker.
Simply follow these steps ⤵️
1️⃣ spray or rub some kind of oil over all inside steel parts
2️⃣ Light the smoker and run between 250 and 300 for a couple hours
3️⃣ cook something with high fat content like bacon or sausage
4️⃣ when done cooking shut down intake air and exhaust
5️⃣ when Smoker cools off scrape off food deposits and brush the grate
🚫 don’t use soap on your smoker unless you plan to season it again.
