1st cook on mini UDS - thighs & pork shots

Post by elkhorn98 » March 8th, 2015, 8:45 pm

1st cook on my new 30 gal UDS I made. Thighs, kielbasa, fatty, and pork shots ~275 for ~2 hours. Cheers!

Wow that looks tasty. I will assume the bacon wrapped scallops are actually the pork shots? Never heard of them...if I can't find a recipe, I'm coming back to have you write one up

Very very nice.

Make no mistake, there ain't no powder in this Puff ! And... I'm not really a crazy person but I play one in real life

Pork shots have a slice of sausage wrapped in bacon and filled with sour cream and cream cheese.

You did very well. Looks like you did a bang up job on the build.
Looks like you had a complete success on the cook.
