I would be afraid the pine smoke would taint the flavor of the meat. :-s

Usually more beers than smoke.

Been way to busy lately but trying to work in some smoker time when I can... Firebox coming together this eve.... I hope lol

Awesome build progress..... I may have missed it.. but how did the doors turn out.

The round firebox is a rough go sometimes. Everything has to be just perfect.

Tom I had to "slit" the backside of the doors to get them to cooperate ... And smoke pine is the new cold roll ;)
